The Hitmen won the KOC encounter at Hi-Edge by one point but have found some form lately so will be looking for an improvement whilst the Potters look to continue their winning form. During a difficult season, with many a loss at home Stoke could not adapt. Bearing in mind it is a difficult track, all the opposition riders have had previous experience at Buxton and varying success. Buxton beat Sheffthorpe but a much bigger margain last week, and Stoke won by about 20 last night. It was just one of those meetings where Stoke threw away stupid points with falls that shouldn't have happened. Also, credit to Buxton, the track was a million times better than when I went earlier in the season, so they had obviously done something to it! A heat leader scoring 2 points may have been a reason. Tim Webster has always struggled to get around Buxton and yesterday was no different.
