Mr Snackette
Yes they have, I have had mine for about 3 weeks now. Once again Tsunami you appear to be having a little problem with the English language. Sadly, and not for the first time your linguistic skills seem to have deserted you. A standard definition of the word published: "to issue (printed or otherwise reproduced textual or graphic material, computer software, etc.) for sale or distribution to the public." As far as I'm aware (and I feel sure you will correct me if I'm wrong) the 2012 Rules and Regulations have not been made avaialble for public download or for the public to purchase. So yes, obviously, they have been issued to officials, and unsurprisingly into the hands of the odd sycophant. That really doesn't count as being published. Indeed why should the fans who pay the wages of those involved have access to this material? Another shovel of poo for the mushrooms!! I really don't know. I think they are issued to promotions and officials first, the public next then Snacky, but I could be wrong. We now change our position.....not published but issued!! Thank the Lord, your English may be improving!!

montie
I see Berwick have had new averages issued, hmmmm. they rode in the League Cup on the 23rd March vs Scunthorpe but Scunthorpe's averages have NOT changed nor have Edinburgh who rode at Redcar the night before or Plymouth that rode Rye House on the 23rd.... I understand there is a cutoff date but when? and if 1 team is effected why not those others? confused...... Scunthorpes averages have changed looking at the one valid from 1/4/2013

Mr Snackette
Classic! Although I am sure Donald has far more fun than what Mr Snackette does! Since the original posting, I have now established this relates to a "comedy" programme on what my housemaster used to euphemistically refer to as "the other channel". Clearly far too highbrow for the likes of me!! Mind you I would have thought that LewisP instead of vegetating in front of the box, may have organised a trip to his local library......who knows what intellectual treasures he might have unearthed!!! Sesquipedalian In brief: "smart" characters using long words when short ones would be better. Characters afflicted with this trait often seem to go out of their way to over-complicate their speech, probably because writers think that this is the only way to show that someone is more intelligent than the average writer. This could also be the trait of a particularly anal-retentive character who always has to be right, the trait extending so far that the character always has to use exactly the right word — never using "blue" when "azure" would be more accurate, for example. Far to clever for me !
