Ipswich 2012

Recommended Posts

Oh well, that's the treble out of reach then, maybe next year. How about a bit of average manipulation in the last few meetings to help for next season.

Average manipulation ! How can you suggest such a thing ?

I think Leigh's been doing that the whole season .

It's been a strange season with so many expectation and so many let downs !

I believe any realistic hopes of being one of the dominant teams around evaporated with the injuries to Taylor and Morten in the opening meeting . Coupled with some serious underperforming , the subsequent release of Kevin our season faded away !

We do still of course have the possibility of silverware so come on boys , do it for the fans !!

Knowing how the Witches are run, I would think theres not a hope in h*ll of that happening.

Unless there is a change in the calculation of rolling averages then even 3 70-20 defeats would make just a small difference.

And of course2,3 or even 4 of the riders may not be back next year anyway!!

I have said for ages the only views on here, worth anything, are the ones where people are strong and bold enough to put there real identity behind them, not sit there typing away, afraid to say who they are.

Its like having a conversation with someone in a pub who insists on hiding behind a curtain and wont show their face !

I have no allegiance to Ipswich at all but I am an occasional visitor and intend to come to the Newcastle match this Thursday. Then the '16 Lapper' is one I attend always.

It appears to me Ipswich is a well run club and the Louis' keep it within the finances they have available. The presentation is good and Kevin is one of the best mike-men around.

The track still needs attention in order to provide good racing, though, with many heats over after the second bend of lap one.

However, the potential of the side, if kept together next year and beyond, is championship material. Those who moan on this thread might like to consider why the squad of 2012 has been assembled. Perhaps it is looking to the future which is Taylor, Dakota, Rohan, Cameron and Stefan with a couple of experienced heads, Leigh and Kevin who, I am sure, will be back next year.
