Ipswich 2012

I think Bellego and Edberg look very handy also, probably not quite as much potential as the two Aussie lads but not far off. They've the advantage of having a bit more PL experience than Heeps and Tungate too. I think most teams would be happy to have either pairing as their reserves.

Who would you rather have as a reserve pair at Newport, Bellego and Edberg or Heeps and Tungate? I'd bet my last rolo that if you offered the Berwick promotion Heeps and Tungate for Bellego and Edberg they'd snap your hand off.

Bellego and Edberg - I would prefer these two because Edberg beat Gjedde around Newport in his first ride at QM and Bellego impressed greatly when he rode against us in the League.

Well we shall keep our 2 and the bandits their 2, and Todd and Jones ain't exactly bad are they. Heeps is only 16 , so let's not forget that.

I know Cameron is only 16, I think if he finishes '12 with an average between 4.5 - 5.00, it will have been a good year for him :)

Watched Tungate 3 times at the end of last season, The Bears should have signed him but his price was too high, He will be into the top 5 of the Witches at the first opportunity, unless for some unknown reason the management can arrange him to ride for months as a reserve

Although beaten by masters in their race, rohan still out scored him. With a full season of league racing to come, it looks like he really does have great potential, although starting a few years behind others.

But masters was in front when he had an EF, so they would have finished on the same points if that didn't happen.

So even if he'd have won which is no guarantee, he would have finished joint top on 13 points. And this a PL riders champion and heatleader.

All immaterial of course where next season's PL is concerned as its already been pointed out that the Aussie championships is no guarantee of form in the PL.

There is little doubt though, that Ipswich have signed a little gem with lots of potential along with Cameron Heeps.
