Lovey
could it be TONY MOLE. Nah, too obvious Do you know who is the odd-one-out from my list?
Lovey
Ours is 5pages long purely because us Northerners dont speak as much garbage We can all make it 26 pages if all you want to hear is will he sign? should he sign ? I want him ? Not him please ? Yawn , Yawn , Yawn. So no far from it things are not strikingly depressing at all up here in Cumbria, just wanted to express my gratitude that Doolan was (thankfully) staying at Ipswich I think you'll find that it's every one else coming onto the Ipswich thread saying who the Sackers Witches are signing, while the fans themselves are waiting with anticipation. If you all concentrate on your own teams and stop worrying about the Witches we might see a slow-down in the page count
Lovey
on the subject of ippo . whats the chances of chris schramm returning to your team is he fit yet, nice wee rider. Not sure about Schramm's fitness. He's in one of those body-braces, and even had to get married while wearing it! Even so, he was a frequent visitor to Foxhall and, like Chris Mills, is very, very popular. Sadly for Schramm & Mills, they are exactly the sort of riders who seem to be squeezed out when the points limit decisions are made. Schramm didn't really hit the heat leader heights before his injury, but would be a solid middle-order man if he decides to ride again. Mills spent the whole season at reserve, so will be under more pressure in the main team - his average will see him in the top 5 of just about any team that signs him.. Robinh88
Ipswich looking very good at this stage. Would think Doolan will average about 8.5 this year! Don't think you will see a big hitter at Foxhall, Louis has a good buisness model down there, as I see it

Both are super lads and would give their all for any team they were in, but really only PL reserve material. Both their averages would see them in the team at most places. I would like to see a Heeps/Tungate or Heeps/Hart combo at 6 & 7 and build from there.

Roland
Rumour has it that Aussies could be assessed on 6 not 3 in the Premier League next season The operative word here appears to be rumour! Anyway if thats the case can we have Crump for 6?
montie
Rumour has it that Aussies could be assessed on 6 not 3 in the Premier League next season Is that due to the fact that they think the 2.5% BRIT reduction will got so then my catch the dual passport holders also out?? RHayes
Well obviously, after all Ipswich did get Cameron Heeps to sign Well if the rumour is true, then it proves one simple thing - don't sign riders pre AGM. Mr Snackette
Rumour has it that Aussies could be assessed on 6 not 3 in the Premier League next season Interesting, but I thought new Aussie riders to the PL were currently on an assessed average of 5 not 3, Reg 17.2.1 refers. Hence when people were including Tungate they applied the five figure. Heeps is ex NL and holds dual nationality. So there would need to be some quite radical rewriting of the Rules & Regs to treat say Tungate and Heeps under the same umbrella. Personally, I tend to treat any posting that starts "Rumour has it that......" with a serious degree of scepticism!!!!

I meant 5 not 3 I wasn't implying it would affect Cameron Heeps, he does indeed have dual nationality, I was pointing more towards the possible signing of Tungate. I too take rumours with a pinch of salt, which is why I put rumour, not fact.

From what I've seen Tungate would still be value at 6, but Heeps would be a bit more of a gamble.
