Neil Grantham
Hi all Looking at results for the 2003 Grand Prix, I see from the off there was no number 9 rider (at least there seem to be none in the results pages I look at!) First GP (European), the 9th slot was taken by number 25, Hans Andersen. So my question is: who should have been number 9? If so, was he injured all season? I noticed that Billy Hamill, who finshed 9th in 2002 is missing, maybe it was him then. If he'd retired, why not give someone else #9 ?? Thanks Neil Edited September 3, 2011 by Neil Grantham
SCB
It was Billys number but he quit the GP's after the rider had signed up to the GP's, so the numbers had been assigned.
