Well we were beyond crap once again. The odd bright spot with a few good rides here and there but overall we thoroughly deserved to be beaten out of sight on own shale once again. At least nobody can accuse us of having a win at a all costs attitude though.:P

Huge congrats to Buxton. Fully deserved.

And most importantly tonight my best wishes to Armo. Hoping for some good news soon because it didn't sound good and Porky seemed shaken by it to me.

Riding your averages down so that you can fit a couple of top riders around your best ones this season, despicable ;)

And you missed it!!! I bet Porkie was a bit quiet on the centre green.

Yes mate, i really enjoy my trips to Wolves, some of the best racing in the country.

Heat 9 sounded like another cracker, maybe sky need to get there for a match.

Would love to see a clip if anyone has it.

Any news on Armo, hopefully he is ok.

Cheers Chopper

Porky was in fine form until Armo's fall. I think because it looked like nothing but resulted in what seems to have been a nasty injury, and a scary one I would imagine, he was completely thrown for the last part of the meeting. I think he was expecting to go over, chat to Armo and report he was just winded or something like that.

The Heathens website is reporting that Armo was stabilised when he got to hospital last night, and more will follow.

Well done to Buxton on their well deserved win - it has been a long time coming but sounds as if it was well deserved. Let's hope that the next news we hear about Jon Armstrong is good news.

Thanks for those words jack, but be Careful,it is not good form to compliment the Dudley Fans, No one really deserves to be bottom in an ideal world, but hey one thing is sure from there the only way is up.

It's absolutely shocking that such a simple looking fall, I wouldn't even call it a crash, could result in such an injury scare. As I said on Updates last night it should serve as a reminder to us all, and I include myself, that if a rider doesn't jump up straight away there might be a good reason for it.

Best wishes Armo. Hope to see you back up on your feet soon. :)

Looked utterly innocuous, didn't it? Simple error, out of shape, gentle slide. Salutary reminder to us terrace experts about just how dangerous a sport it can be. It wasn't lost on me that Luke Priest, who knows all there is to know about major injury from a smash, was one of the first riders on the scene.

I'm sure that after the pleasure he's given all supporters and service to his clubs over his lengthy career, everyone wishes that Jon makes a full and swift recovery from his injuries.
