Jez
After the dodgy weather conditions for this years Swedish GP at Ullevi in Gothenburg there was a lot of discussions about next years moving event moving possibly to Stockholm to a covered stadium, but wonder if this link is correct at this shows as it remaining at Ullevi on 26th May? http://www.ullevi.se/speedway/
Ghostwalker
well that what it says. i can believe that they decided to stay at the rubbish track at Ullevi. A possible reason could be that the none of the two new stadiums in Stockholm won't be finished in time of the Swedish GP date. Then is the question about who wants to go there after this years fiasco?

Be fair, English is not his first language and i'll warrant his English beats your (and my) Swedish into a cocked hat. His posts are ALWAYS excellent and informative on Swedish speedway. Regards. brandonbee48
Apologies, I didn't realise he isn't English. Thought he'd been on the pop. Thanks. Totally accepted. I've had some personal correspondence with Ghostwalker and he is obviously a very intelligent man. His and Ander's posts on the International section are terrifically informative on Swedish matters. Their Tuesday previews are so insightful and well worth a look. On the same tack, Mateusz is a great source of information on Polish matters, as are Pawel and Vicar. We also have Racers and Royals whose English is perfect (Coz he is) and Gray does a great job on all things Russian. We have Finnish posts from f-s-p and Slovenian from tomazpozri and from Australia we have the inimitable B.F.D too . Long may they continue to give us their news and views which add to the worldwide picture of the sport we all love. Kindest regards. Alan. Ghostwalker
You might want to re-read that and start again. what is there to re-read? the link is to the arena website and he logo says May 26th 2012 and the tickets are already on sale. So whats the problem? it seems fairly certain even if its not confirmed on the speedway gp website. About a possible move, that was just my speculations as i know that a new arena with roof will open next year in Stockholm. Jez
what has my nationality anything to do with it? Hi Ghostwalker I think the issue is us Brits struggle with our own language never mind mastering another countries, if you were to ask the vast majority of us Brits to either write or read a sentence in Swedish you would just get a load of blank faces  wish I could read/write in another language as well English
Matt Davis
what has my nationality anything to do with it? Ghostwalker - Because of how you wrote your original post (perfectly good English but not how an English speaking person would have written it) ImpartialOne thought you were an "English speaking person" who had had a few beers, for which he later said sorry for as he didnt realise you were Swedish writing in English - I think thats right! It's always a pleasure to pass on any info I can glean which helps to give others not as lucky as myself an insight into the Downunder scene. what has my nationality anything to do with it? Don't forget you're dealing with a bunch of insular-minded troglodytes, Ghostwalker, some of whom actually think that one's nationality or the colour of one's skin have a bearing on what one posts; even I have to make allowances for them sometimes. ImpartialOne
I think BFD's Post was meant in fun IO. :) Don't make excuses for the troll. It was about as funny as trapping your knob in your zip. No need to bring race into it and what's colour got to do with anything? He jumps on every bandwagon without even knowing what the conversations are about so just hurls abuse without ever adding anything to the debate. That's his only reason for being here.
