Boris41
A good maximum for Rafał Okoniewski - was it all from the gate, looked awfully fast in Heat 15 and held of Hampel! :-)
Starman2006
Guess you gotta see it like that, on the positive side. Strange planning though, because neither of the other meetings had started when the Wroclaw meeting ended. It would have been perfect to go straight to the Czestochowa meeting. Well, at least we got 5 more heats! (Perhaps Wroclaw or Rzeszow changed the original starting time...I don't know) Come on Anders, your letting the side down. Can you put up the scores and scorers from the Torun meeting?

Anders
Come on Anders, your letting the side down. Can you put up the scores and scorers from the Torun meeting? I see you got the Sportowefakty link. It's a great website for all things Polish. I have made a summary for "my" team's website, but it's only in Swedish... http://www.elitvetlanda.se/index.php?page=news&stage=1&id=1914
bluejam
Pathetic crowd-the back straight home fans area is nearly empty Doesn't the crowd always look sparse at Wroclaw? The stadium does hold 35,000 spectators(one of the largest venues for speedway racing in Poland)hence lots of open terracing.Probably a big crowd compared to what we see in the UK. HenryW
Great result for Czestochowa beating Gorzow 46-44 Hero was G Laguta beating Gollob in heat 15 And what a ride it was by Grigory. What more could you ask for as home fan there...Down to 1 rider in a last heat decider against Nicki Pedersen and the previously unbeaten Tomek Gollob, and he goes around the pair of them coming out the 2nd bend There is a clip taken from the crowd on YouTube...You might want to check your sound levels before playing it as they do get a bit excited

HasseHolmqvist
Must be honest I have been watching Polish speedway for quite a while now & do not see what all the fuss is about. Certainly the racing is no better than the Elite League with huge winning distances more the norm than the exception. All the tracks seem the same as well ... big and fast, no variation ... but hey each to his own
