Mr Snackette
Just be listening to talkSport and nice interview with Jan O. Said he will be riding in a match race against Sam Ermolenko on Tuesday 26th July at Monmore Green, presumably as part of the Golden Hammer Meeting. Tempted to make the effort and go. Anyone know any more information?

21st century heathen
Anyone know any more information? Nothing much to add at the moment. I'll link at the bottom to the webpage but as I say there's not much there but an advert. I would expect to see all the Heathens riders in the line-up, plus our injured boys (Roynon and Franklin) are both targeting it as a comeback date I believe. I'd have thought Lambert, the current holder, will be invited to defend it and I would be surprised if the rider the Heathens' fans love to hate the most in the NL, Mr Garrity, is not invited too. I hope to see Pickard and the Baseby lads and as I type I think Evans (had a stint with us last season) will get an invite. That doesn't leave many places open but it would be nice to see Chessell and Stoneman at least line up as meeting reserves, perhaps Sarjeant too. I'm not sure if I missed out an obvious names there. It'll be interesting to see how many I've got right. http://www.dudleyheathens.co/goldenhammer.php

heathen79
I think a recent Speedway Star article confirmed that there would be riders from around the NL - apart from the Stoke and Isle of Wight teams. As 21stCH says, there will indeed be all seven Heathens riders in action and a place reserved for Adam Roynon if he can be fit enough. Other riders invited include Byron Bekker of Belle Vue, Adam Allott of Buxton, Jack Hargreaves of Mildenhall, plus Steve and Richie Worrall of Scunthorpe. The other big attraction of course is Jan O v Sam, so expected one of the biggest crowds you will see at any National League event this season. Make sure you get one of our excellent programmes on the night before the sell out!

21st century heathen
So Roynon makes his comeback for the Golden Hammer next week along with Franklin. Both have come through recent practice with no ill-effects. So quite apart from anything else there could be a team selection headache for Will to deal with ahead of the next Heathens meeting. But back to this meeting and the full line-up has been announced as follows: HAMMER LINE-UP: Jon Armstrong, Darryl Ritchings, Tom Perry, Ashley Morris, Kyle Newman, Brendan Johnson, Adam Roynon, Richard Franklin (All Heathens), Byron Bekker (Belle Vue), Jack Hargreaves (Mildenhall), Adam Allott (Buxton), Richie Worrall, Steve Worrall (Scunthorpe / Sheffield), Shane Hazelden (Hackney), Todd Kurtz (Newport). http://www.dudleyhea....php?extend.370 Pick a winner from that lot!!
