Anders
The secret of team building. Reserves usually win matches. With only one nominated heat nowadays, I would definitely say that. Must admit that the only one nominated heat has had a bigger impact than I expected. For the meeting, a huge well done to Oliver Berntzon for beating Antonio Lindbäck in heat 4! Would certainly want an equally hot Berntzon tomorrow, as he ride for "my" Nässjö team in Division 1.

Of course, riding with Emil "the Bee" in Denmark won't do him any harm, plus guidance from Anders!!!
Anders
i really miss the 16 heat schedule since it opens for more tactics. Agree. Such a shame it's gone. Also, in the eyes of a team manager, I would really like to reward by middle order riders once in a while. With only one nominated heat, it's usually the same two riders that get the nod, but the 3rd and 4th in the pecking order deserves an extra ride most of the time, but I'm unable to give them that. That's frustrating! Of course, riding with Emil "the Bee" in Denmark won't do him any harm, plus guidance from Anders!!! Sure, that will get him far...
