Australian Under-21 team:

1 Josh Grajczonek

2 Richard Sweetman

3 Sam Masters

4 Justin Sedgmen

5 Darcy Ward

Germany Red

Australia

Finland White

Denmark Yellow.

Sedgy must have got the nod by a whisker over Taylor Poole, Dakota North and Nick Morris as they all seem to be travelling better than him at the mo., although a couple of good meetings for the Mighty WASPS will no doubt ensure he's on the pace -

GO TEAM OZ!!

I'd certainly hope Dakota North wasn't considered if he's riding in a British Championship Semi-Final.

Strong side never the less, and should have a good battle with Denmark.

I'll be honest, JC, I can't keep up with some of these Patriality calls; (Maybe I should change my Forum Name to Impatrial One  ?) - I'm amazed guys like Dakota, Taylor & Nick haven't been sounded out to ride for GB, like Tai.

Seriously tempted to make the journey down to Diedenbergen for this

Danish team

Michael Jepsen Jensen

Mikkel B.Jensen

Michael Palm Toft

Jonas B.Andersen

Lasse Bjerre

Look pretty damn good and should be there or there abouts

Finland

Kalle Katajisto

Jari Mäkinen

Niko Siltaniemi

Mika Loppi

Timo Lahti

spoilers. Can't see them really challenging, but they will take points off some and end up helping to decide who goes through

Germany

Kai Huckenbeck

Mercel Helfer

Danny Maaßen

Michel Hoffmann

Andre Mochner

Some talent in the side, but can't see them doig an awful lot.Maybe a heat win or two,but will be lucky if they don't finish last

After deliberately letting Austrian rider Lukas Simon pass him in the run-off for the reserve spot in the U21's German manager Rene Schäfer has dropped Marcel Helfer from the German team.Team Helfer said it was a sporting decision as he couldn't afford to travel to be a reserve. So rather than qualify and then drop out with a sicknote and not give Simon much chance to prepare he let him pass him just before the finish line

Very good win for Sweden. And the way it is going in Diedenbergen Poland might not make it through.Doesn't look like there is a Loktaev among the German or Finnish riders who will take some points off the top two teams. So it will all be down to not getting excluded ect. Will be very close by the looks of it

Very good win for Sweden

Maybe I missed it over the winter, but does anyone know why GB didn't appear this year. I know we were bad at Rye House in last year's final as I was there in person but that should not deter us from trying to qualify surely. Any thoughts/comments/facts anyone?

Good win for Australia + Denmark look to have done it despite making hard work of it after a surprise last place for Mikkel B there. All kids i have seen since they were about 13 or so.Saying that Ward,Masters and Sedgmen all made their European debuts on 80cc in Denmark i think. Also nasty crash for Siltaniemi and he has been taken to hospital.Sure f-s-p will update us on how he is.Hope just a precaution

That makes more sense. :approve: I said it was a surprise last place.Good performance from the guys. And must have done Michael Palm Tofts chances of a place in the PL a lot of good if any promoters look at the scores

Kirill Tsukanov slightly different result - the Polish-liner, he was mistaken.

Heat 11: Tsukanov - 0.

Heat 15, race when he started in place of Ogorodnik: Tsukanov - 1.

The overall result:

Tsukanov (0, f/ex, 0, 1, 2, ) = 3.

Niko was taken to hospital and I got a call from Palomäki leaving the hospital around midnight and he said he has a fracture in his back but everything is working.

Finnish quotes from the official press release of the meeting:

Palomäki: Track was awful, slick and bumpy

Timo Lahti: Shocking track conditions, slippery and full of holes with riders bouncing to directions not intended.
