george123rebels
Can anyone please explain why leicster are allowed to use Peter Karlsson and Kauko Nieminen in the fours when surely they havent ridden enough rides to qualify. Somerset werent allowed to use heffenbrock because apparently he hadnt ridden enough rides to qualilfy even though hes rode 15 matches this season. I am sure someone will come on here at tell us, I must say I find it odd but then nothing seems to be transparent in Speedway

RHayes
The rules don't apply to the hosting team. Found that out last week at the Newport v Leicester match.

If Leicester were allowed to use Karlsson & Nieminen, then Newport shouldve been there using Gjedde and Doyle.

Thing was, with Doyle and Gjedde, they hadnt done enough meetings, but we could have used Sedgmen, who had done the same amount of meetings as Doyle. Like someone said, you couldnt make it up. SCB
The rules don't apply to the hosting team. Found that out last week at the Newport v Leicester match. Maybe they should have used Hancock, Gollob, Crump and Holder then?
screm
Absolutely, Newport should be there. The quicker the BSPA bring back qualifiers the better, cuts out all this we deserve to be there.
