Brilliant Mateusz. Thank you. What is the feeling about Emil staying loyal to Bydgoszcz this season? I think it is terrific of him. And boy does he look to be the Emil of old quickly. Enjoy him you Bydgoszcz supporters. Top 3 for the GPs for sure. Jack Young (very much before your time) was World Champion in 1951 whilst riding in the British 2nd Division for Edinburgh Monarchs. So it can be done! My forecast is -"It will be!" Best Wishes. Alan.

We love Emil in Bydgoszcz. He's the best what has happened to the Bydgoszcz speedway since the Gollob era :) I was really surprised this winter that he resigned from some better contract in an Ekstraliga club and decided to stay.

If it's not a Polish rider to become the World Champion this year, I want it to be Emil, needless to say.

It is called LOYALTY, Mateusz, and it is a rare quality these days and it speaks volumes about his character.

Kindest regards.

Alan.

Yes :) But remember it works to both sides. When Emil came to Bydgoszcz he was just young talented Russian rider. Here he got very professional team (thanks to former Polonia Bydgoszcz chairman) who bring to him Suskiewicz (former Rickardson mechanic) and put a lot many into him. Remember - without money and good team it is not so obvious if Emil would be on a such level. So now I think both sides are satisfied :)

You are quite right my friend. It would have been very easy for him to say " I need to ride in the Extraligue to stay sharp for the GPs, so i'm off". As you say, loyalty works both ways and it is nice to see a young man who recognises that. Judging by his form so far he looks REALLY sharp. The clip from a week or two ago of him "Outgollobing" Tomasz in an individual meet was a joy to behold. He is an awesome talent and a pleasure to watch. More than one World Championship beckons in my opinion. Best Wishes. Alan.

It looks like some Falubaz fans overstepped the mark on Sunday:

Club president Robert Dowhan not entirely happy with his fans:

Imagine if the "boorish" Batchelor pulls any stunts at 69 Wrocławska.

Fans at Rzeszow ,especially home fans were behaving pretty badly on Sun too during that match with Gorzow sad to say that as i was born and raised there you could hear them yelling obsenities during TV telecast my cousin was also there i talked to him and he was pretty discusted it does not look good if they behave like this during derby match with Tarnow later on

What is the Z/Z rule this year please?

You can use Z/Z (rider replacement) normally for riders with top three averages. RR cannot be used for riders with no. 6 and 7. You can also use RR for riders with 4th and 5th average, but there are restriction. As substitute for this rider can ride just one rider of top three average. Sorry for bad English, but I'm quite hurry now :P

Thank you. I was just wondering because Torun appeared to be using R/R for Jepsen Jensen on Sunday?

Torun didn't use RR. Why? Because Jensen had 5th average, so as RR could ride only one of the trio Miedziński - Sullivan - Holder, besides them as RR would ride Ząbik and Pulczyński brothers. There is rule that you cannot use tactical substition for RR so it would be big loss. Torun put normally Jensen in squad - once he was replaced by Pulczyński and then there were three tactical subs Miedziński, Sullivan, Holder.

This is not correct!

- for rider with 4th average you can use riders with 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th averages

- for rider with 5th average you can use riders with 4th, 6th and 7th averages

And this is allowed only in Extraleague matches. In 1st and 2nd leagues the ZZ can be used only for TOP-3 riders.
