Damon
It does seem as though things have gone very silent. Looking at fb Cameron is, i believe, still in Aus and there is no mention of when he is coming over. No updates on the new official Fen Tigers website since 24th March but I assume everything is in place for P&P Monday when hopefully the last rider will be found. on his website it said he was still waiting for his visa?? Dub
on his website it said he was still waiting for his visa?? Arrival delayed by paperwork and visa issues according to Mildy site, maybe there for first meeting. On another note sad to see Nikko depart from West Row, the club will miss his enthusiasum and drive for sure. Cheers Steve on his website it said he was still waiting for his visa?? frostylion
If he has British parents, why does he need papers/visa,the likes of Nilsson,Branford and Kertz dont,if heeps needs a visa he shouldnt be in the NL under the new rules
herman
I'd say I would ride if i still had all my gear but bspa MADE me sell it cause they won't have me in NL, whereas somebody that needs any paperwork to be done before he can come over, has a team place.. I'm already here but I'm retired now thanks to BSPA...

PhilK
This taken from the Mildenhal Fen Tigers Web Site: Tigers Complete Lineup Monday, 11 April 2011 18:38 | Mildenhall Fen Tigers have completed their line up for the 2011 National League season, snapping up Aaron Baseby after an impressive display at the club's Press and Practice Day. The 20 year old racer from Kent was one of a number of riders who tried out for the final place on the team, but he was the one who most caught the eye of the Mildenhall management team. Aaron, who spent last year at Bournemouth, will be following in the footsteps of his brother Mark, a former Tiger and crowd favourite at West Row. He comes into the side on a 3.81 average and will line-up in a reserve berth along Aussie newcomer Cameron Heeps. Fifteen year old Heeps will now take his place in the Mildenhall line-up at the end of the month, after his arrival in this country was delayed until his paperwork is complete. In the meantime Devon based rider Danny Stoneman, who has had spells at Weymouth Bournemouth and Plymouth, will fill in for Heeps. Tigers' team manager Rob Henry said, "It was a great practice day and I thought the team looked sharp. We'll be sitting down and working out the final pairings later in the week. I was impressed with all the riders who came to try and grab the last place on the team and I'm sure Aaron will be a great asset and that young Danny will do a good job for us until Cameron arrives, and who knows beyond that." Henry added, "I want to create competition for team places so I am hoping the lads who missed out this time will come back and have another go in the second half racing we have planned. When I was a rider we discovered loads of talent through that route and it's a good way of keeping the boys already in the team on their toes as well." Its a shame that Cameron will not be riding Sunday but Im sure the other young lads will give their all along with the 2 more experienced riders This will be a great occasion and season, for all us Mildenhall fans with these 3 promoters Its long long overdue that Mildenhall had this quality at the top
Nikko
Excellent news about 'Asbo'!! Hope to get up on Sunday for his debut! Asbo is really looking forward to riding for the Fen Tigers this season. P&P went very well and was well worth the trip up from Kent. Also pleased for Danny who also looked good.
