SCB
Isn't it only £10 on a train anyway and you'd have more flexibity with time. I've never understood speedway fans travelling on coaches, it always seems expensive and of course restrictive. Plus 2.5 hours from Bristol to Cardiff? You could hitchhike and be there quicker! Remember it's a supporters club so your funding that aswell... plus it's a chance to speak to other speedway fans from the Bristol area about the long awaited comeback. rjs200
What a bunch of negative, moaning so and so's! For starters the 11 quid train from Bristol to Cardiff means you- firstly (and in good time)- need to get to the station!! That’s a parking charge or a bus ticket and or a taxi. If it’s a 3 quid bus ticket then you can add an hour approximately either way for a Saturday afternoon/ mid evening for both the journey and hanging around on the bus stop fro the bus to turn up!! A taxi will cost a minimum tenner if you live 4 or more miles away- I've done it before (to BPW and BTM) when needing to catch a train in a rush. Alternatively you are looking at EIGHT hours or more car park charges.... Secondly- this is for Bristol Speedway supporters in the main and we'd much rather support the club than give money to a privatised train company. Thirdly I can walk to/from one of the pickup/drop-off points and I'm getting a coach with fellow speedway fans. It’s all so utterly comprehensible! The exact opposite of the comments from the intelligentsia above!
