Again yourspeculating Dogstar, imo this will not happen unless there is a big climbdown by the two clubs. That said, Peterbourgh have already said they will not be running EL.

Maybe I should have said 'would' be great and not 'will' be great. Of course I'm speculating. I know as much about the current situation as everyone else on this forum and that's jack s""t.

I think the Team Building average is just plain stupid Phil.

hmm it could be a way out, both sides have to be seen to win, EVEN IF coventry have a good case, it will do no one any good for the BSPA to be humiliated.

i assume we have a good case because both pratt & rossiter have been around a long while.

Colin Pratt i would suspect know if things were right and wrong

Rick Frost has said he will not compete at the top level without Bjerre so that pretty much rules them out of the elite league , but assuming the rumours that Coventry are back in the fold are true perhaps theres a chance of a turn round and there will be room in the premier league , It would certainly be a sad state of affairs if the only outcome of the recent battles was the demise of peterborough speedway altogether .

That assumes Peterborough have agreed the loan of Bjerre, which i read the statement as saying they haven't.

Where??

Ive seen it many times, don't know what you've been doing! They've already said they will not run because of the cost.

So if the BSPA are so confident in their actions, why after releasing a statement that Coventry and Peterborough will take no part in 2011, have they embargoed the movement of Coventry riders and offered mediation talks?

It seems you have that the wrong way round!

According to Mr. Sandhu's statement of 10th December, it was Coventry and Peterborough who offered mediation to the BSPA

I'd be interested to hear how you think anything I said in the former is foolish...?

You quoted Abraham Lincoln after Stevebrum had posted his opinion, you have posted many.

It would be brilliant to see Coventry & Peterborough return to the EL and anyone to say otherwise is a flid but their return would be under the BSPA's new regs set for 2011.

I can't help being concerned though for my club as Peterborough would no doubt want the 2 Bjerre's & N K Iversen back in their team. Were would that leave us? Completely f'd up is were.

but thats what we dont know, yes we now legal papers have gone to the bspa, offering mediation in a position of strength rather than weakness?

who knows and who cares to be honest!

i heard a rumour and yes it was only said in the pub so who knows what truth if any is in it.

apparently panthers were refused permission to vote at the agm as peter oakes wasnt present despite it being agreed at the previous meeting that rick frost could vote due to the circumstances behind peters absence. as i said it was only something said in the pub, could it be a reason for panthers walking out.if it was true then it could explain why poole swindon panthers and coventry lost in a 8 club vote cos only 7 were allowed to vote.

Complete rubbish :D

He's been a member of the BSPA for six or seven seasons, being part of this heinous organisation and fully co-operating in inflicting unfair decisions on others (including Mildenhall). He's never said a word about impartial control or independent adjudication before now.

Sandhu isn't a member of the BSPA as he isn't a promoter he's an owner.

Well done all 16 pages and still not a fact quoted or actually known

As a supporter without a home track can I just Hope Coventry return to the League and Peterborough find a level they can afford

Hopefully some sense will be coming out soon, FACT that is not speculation

A rather unsavoury slang word for a very stupid or incompetent person.

Derived from "thalidomide."

would love to see Peterborough back alongside the Bees in the Elite League. if they are then KIngs Lynn , will have to give the Bung back that they recieved to prop the Elite league up ,and probably won't be able to afford him anyway , serves them right as well , because without those backstabbers at the NA things would not have gone as far as they already have anyway
