barrow boy
Please would someone tell me why Andreas Jonsson was placed 7th instead of Hans Andersen. They both had 8 points. They both gad the same number of wins, 2nds & 3rds. Was it because one of Hans' lasts was a non finish and counted lower than an actual 4th place finish. Fromafar
Apart from "not taking any chances" and deciding not to ride in the Polish Final of course In your opinion of course

Exclusion or non-finish is lower than a 4th place

SCB
A slow starting GP that got there in the end. Really pleased for Tomasz, a fully deserved title. Pleased to see Bomber doing well, made a speedway virgin watch the GP last night and he thinks I'm a liar as I told him Bomber never makes a start but he made a few last night If he can gain some consitency next season then I think Chris has proved a few times now that he has it in him to be able to make a real attack on the top 3, sadly I think World Champion is beyind him (certainly in the short term) but I think he can really challenge for 3rd place next season. Also, congrats to Crumpy, 10 seasons on the podium, while I'm sure he's not happy to not be World Champion, thats 1 hell of a record and one he should be proud of. davidncohen
Just want to echo what many have already said. Well done to Tomasz Gollob, a great ride by Chris Harris, and Crump's record certainly puts him up there.
pandorum
Congrats to Gollob and also to Chris Harris for putting himself in a position to deserve to be in the top company next season.
Reviresco
Many congratulations to Tomasz for his well deserved and overdue solo speedway world championship. TG's win I suppose re-opens the debate again about who is the best rider now not to have won the individual world crown. Well done also to Jarek and Jason for their podium finishes. Jarek's come back to the SGP has been very welcome and Crumpy's top three record is hugely meritorious. A quiet mention to Rune Holta too for his steady progress into the world's top eight and to Bomber as he looks as if he's relieved the embarrasment of a British rider having to be nominated next year. More of the same next season Chris please.
