Sunderland Speedway Reunion 2010

We holding another Sunderland Speedway Reunion on the 13th November. Anyone interested in attending can enquire through Bob Ferry(0191 5365064) or Ian Martin(0191 5656094) These reunions have all been highly popular in the past. with buffet, disco, giant raffle, memorabilia and late licence. Riders cofirmed include, Pete Wrathall, Greame Smith, Brian Johnson, Andy Meldrum, Rob Grant(both), Richard Greer, Dai Evans, Martin Dixon and Ginger Abigail(with bike) Hopefuly Jade Mudgway and Arlo Bugeja, as well as former team manager Kenny Taylor. Others are still to be confirmed.

Tickets are £12, anyone wishing to stay overnight at the venue, accomodation is available - book in person. Ring for details.

Thanks to everyone who attended .... a brilliant night. Thanks to all who travelled a long way to be with us, very much appreciated. As Richard Greer said to me "You just have to keep these nights going". Well we try, and to those who misseed it ..... you missed a treat. Our thanks must go to Pete Wigley on the mike, he kept us all entertained with a never ending string of one-liners and jokes, to Ginger Abigail for bringing along a speedway bike, and all who helped with the setting up of the room, and clearing it the following morning. And lastly to the to the staff of the "Little Haven Hotel" for their fantastic hospitality and making all our guests so welcome.
