britmet
W'ton held a Midland Open Chmpshp in 2009 (winner TW,) and also in 2005 (C.Gjedde). Were there any other MOCs in the intervening years? .
Brummie Kev
No I dont think so britmet, but there was the Midland Shield between the Brummies and Wolves in 2007 and 2008. Dont know about this year but the rumour going around is there might be a four team tournament type competition between Wolves, Coventry, Brummies and the Heathens. No date announced but could be at the end of the season, hope it does go ahead.
superguest
The Midland open has been renamed and is now the Gary Peterson Memorial
britmet
The Midland open has been renamed and is now the Gary Peterson Memorial I noted that last year it was the "Midland Open Chmpshp for the GP Trophy", (like the Scottish Open for the Jack Young Trophy,) but this year the only ref I've seen in the Fixture List is the GP Trophy, - so there's no Midland Champion. superguest
I don't have a programme, but I'm sure you can get one from Monmore. It said something like 'The Midland open championship in Memory of Gary Peterson' on the front cover.
