bri1966
Who should get the last 2 places for the premier league riders championship? I would like to see Travis with Lemmo ,
wjm
Lemon = zzzz , better with a rider who will race and entertain people.
MattyHart
If Screen gets in then I imagine McGowan's average will see him included as the next highest. Maybe Ashworth will get put in due to winning last year, if he doesn't already qualify via his average.
squall
Maybe Ashworth will get put in due to winning last year, if he doesn't already qualify via his average. Â Was just about to mention him. Doubt his average will see him in. Â What will people say if Ashworth rides in it and doesn't win?
spin king
Top rider from each team, plus the two highest 2nd place riders in a team, looks like the last two places will go to Travis McGowan and Mark Lemon.
Daniel Smith
What will people say if Ashworth rides in it and doesn't win? Â Nothing, but if he is included & wins it again that would say alot more
wjm
What will people say if Ashworth rides in it and doesn't win? Â It would only back up the opinion that he is one of the worst riders to win the P.L.R.C , IMO.
spin king junior
It would only back up the opinion that he is one of the worst riders to win the P.L.R.C , IMO. Â Â  , but he'd finish second...behind Auty
spin king
The Sheffield qualifier is as tight as it gets, I make it that Josh Auty has got it 0.01 of a margin over Ricky Ashworth.
rickster
It would only back up the opinion that he is one of the worst riders to win the P.L.R.C , IMO. So that makes him one of the worst riders to win the pairs too? William James mcdonald
rockthedazbah
For me Ashworth should be in along with the highest averaged rider not to qualify.

victor meldrew
So that makes him one of the worst riders to win the pairs too? William James mcdonald And of course the worst rider to reach the FINAL of the PL 4's only dropping 1 point, remind me WJM, where were the Berwick riders in these events. MattyHart
What's so wrong with WJM's post? There have been some very good riders win the PLRC, no harm in being the worst to win it, its a good achievement to win it to begin with. The~SAINT
For me Ashworth should be in along with the highest averaged rider not to qualify. seconded. it's a shared event which needs a big crowd to generate revenue for ALL the clubs.who's gonna bring in more people - ashworth or lemon (for example) ? wjm
So that makes him one of the worst riders to win the pairs too? William James mcdonald  Been a few decent riders to win the pairs over the years , Ashworth is decent but when it comes to the P.L.R.C it is an insult he has ever won it , look at the winners over the years and Ashworth isn't in there class.  Has he ever had a season when he has averaged over 9 for a year ?. NWS
I'd let Kim Nilsson go in after his performance at Sheffield
spin king
I'd let Kim Nilsson go in after his performance at Sheffield Won't matter as it will not be 2nd highest average heatleader from the another club my guess is that the line up will be something like this.  Berwick; Rymel  Birmingham; Lyons  Edinburgh; Ryan Fisher  Glasgow; Joe Screen  Kings Lynn; Tomas Topinka  Newcastle; Kenni Larsen  Newport; Leigh Lanham  Redcar; Gary Havelock  Rye House; Linus Sundstrom  Scunthorpe; David Howe  Sheffield; Josh Auty or Ricky Ashworth  Somerset; Cory Gathercole  Stoke; Taylor Poole  Workington; Craig Cook  And the other two places will be   Mark Lemon  Travis McGowan
spin king junior
Personally i would prefer to see Ashworth in the PLRC, obviously as a Sheffield fan for me the more Sheffield riders the better. But we have to pick the riders fairly, that being the top 16 riders possible.
