Emil Replacement?

Recommended Posts

After his horror crash the other night and having an operationon his left upper arm, Emil is lookng at 8 weeks out of action.

Does anybody know who replaces him? or is a FIM choice for each GP.

If he can't make Cardiff it would be great to have 4 British riders in.

Unless the rules are different these days, I've always been of the understanding that in light of possible rider injuries (in this case Emil), then the first reserve (who is Pepe) shall replace him for the next grand prix.

Yep, it should be PePe...and I can't wait.

I would never have wished for an injury to anyone in the series, but getting to see PePe back in the big show is a dream come true ;)

i think it is in that way that Pepe (1ist reserve) replaces Emil until Emil is back.

That was the case when Tony Rickardsson pulled out midway into the 2006 season.

Then Hans A took Tonys place in the remaining GPs that season.
