suzuki star 882
That field gun race lark is pretty spectacular, people have been known to lose digits and all sorts. Been there, done that ---- and nearly lost everything. I slipped and went under the limber and gun but fortunately everything missed me, great fun ! Pinny
Does anybody actually bother watching the "live entertainment shows" pre meeting anyway? Wont be attending this GP, first one ive missed at Cardiff since it started. Going to Greece on holiday a couple of weeks after and saving for that, so a day out in Cardiff is out the question! sportsnut
I can see from some of the replies that the entertainment is not a big part of the day but for some of us this is our only chance of attending a speedway meeting as we live in Spain and although Spain is fanatical about bikes, Speedway is not big on there agenda,so my daughter and i who are travelling over on the Friday to attend cardiff for the 10th year would like to know in advance wether we should enter the stadium early or as like most stay in the bar until the bikes start at 5pm. Never having watched the "X Factor", I have no idea who these people are but if they are down to the standard of the previous "X Factor entertainers", it might provide an opportunity to doze off before the main event. At the very least it will mean a less hurried dash to test out the "facilities".

yahoho
It is pretty weak... However, what do you realy expect? You want Metallica / ACDC or something performing? Thats what you go to their gigs for. The main point of Cardiff is the GP itself, the "pre entertainment" is just that, the bit before it. Seriously theres only a handfull of people in the stadium to watch it anyway, and half of them dont even pay attention! It aint that bad for general background noise.
