davidba
Just re-reading the Speedway Star world speedway preview and noticed this final is at Slangerup in September.Having checked on google maps and the rejseplanen site it appears fairly easy from Copenghagen airport to go directly to Slangerup. So i'm seriously considering this now if my op etc go well as i'm bound to see a bunch of young Danes i've wanted to see.The semis are in July so i will know in plenty of time just who is riding, there is a qualifying round this month, anyone got details on that, or indeed any knowledge of/experience of going to Slangerup?Easy jet flights are about £50 return at present. Iris maybe i will get to see young messers Mickelsen and Mikkael Jensen to see what you've been raving about?

superguest
I was impressed with Peter Kildemand when I saw him race at Newcastle, he seems to be a bit of an unnoticed talent due to so many good young riders in Denmark. Michael Jepsen Jensen is 17? I can see a few Premier League teams hoping to attract him as he is only going to get better. I could even see MJJ going straight to the elite league, he's doing well enough in the top tier in Sweden for Vargarna and rode well for Torun in their pre meeting challenge matches and only isn't riding in their first team due to a certain Mr Darcy, though they may be tempted to switch after poor results from reserve in their last match(Well i'm hoping since i will be there on Sunday!!). Yay, the Torun manager obviously agrees with me and has put MJJ in for Darcy on Sunday!!!
