Cardiff 2004 - Block Booking

Perhaps we can have a row of 14 "quieter" ones behind a row of the more exuberant members so we can keep them in order this time.  :D

You didn't manage it last time! :D

Ah! But don't forget there was unfortunately row 13 between the two groups so I couldn't quite reach to bash anyone who was misbehaving. Now Fd has got the two rows together I will be ready and waiting. ;)

I forgot all about Row 13. Now they were a noisy lot...

Thanks to all those who have sent ticket money, my credit card has come out of treatment now and has stopped hiding in darken corners.

As to the tickets themselves, they haven't yet arrived. The publicity at the announcement said they would be available immediately but the agent said they would be sent out sometime during this week.

Watch this space....

Just to reassure people that I'm on the case.

I have been complaining to Wayahead about the lack of tickets as they were promised and didn't arrive.

In the end I contacted Benfield and a very helpful young lady, Nic, sorted it out for me.

I've now been assured by Wayahead that our tickets will be printed and sent to me within the next few days.

Thank you Nic.

Well, I am now definately going to the GP. Booked my short break in June before anybody else did. So you'll just have to suffer my jumping up and down during the GP, won't you?

Fiveone booked our tickets the other day. B)

Surprisingly, we had a lot of trouble finding a place this year. This time last year, we could choose almost anywhere, where we'd like to sit. This year everywhere is totally full except for certain places like the upper level and some of the seats on the middle level, around the bends. It looks as though all along the straights are packed on the middle level.

If anyone's out there and are going to leave it untill quite late or the last minute to order their tickets, I'd hurry up and order them if you have a certain place you'd like to sit.

N2 & N4 2nd tier have got to be the best seats in the house! thats where I've been for the first 2 years, last year we were on level 1 NEVER AGAIN!! no atmosphere a very low ceiling and view rubbish apart from being right above the pits.

This year not sure where as my friend has sorted the tickets and it's just me and 3 others on our way Friday Saturday and coming home Sunday so hopefully should meet up with a few this year as long as I get directions to the pub as once I find a place to sit I do tend to stay there! Especially if it's in the sunshine B)
