gypilgrim
Is Josh Auty fit and well after his spill at Brum last night ? Hoping to get along tonight, but the better half has taken a poorly turn, so may miss out.

Cue Ball
Had a few spots of rain inthe city centre, but nothing of concern - overcast but dry for most of the day so far... suggest you bring a coat though, its a tad chilly

Phil
Very poor info on the Sheffiled speedway website about tonight's meeting. No Full lineup and you have dig into a press release from Sunday about the admission prices.
Najjer
I'd have Frampton as a long shot. He may well surprise a few people.
Silver Bee
Agree Naj, flying this year in the PL and had a decent PLRC there last year, could do well.

I also remember from his time as a Rebel, he always said that Sheffield was his favourite track.

youngy105
Meeting Abandoned after 12 heats. Poured down with rain. God knows who qualifies but Nicholls and Frampton finished on 9, Allen on 7, Wright and Tully on 6 so they should be certs. King, Barker, Robson and Hall all finished on 5 which makes the top 9. Woffinden and Ashworth will miss out as they finished on 4.

Trees
Should the result have stood in such an important meeting?
youngy105
Meeting now, apparantly, has to be re-run as all riders have to have 4 rides before the result stands. Thank the lord Squall stayed in the bar for a pint.
tomcat
Should the result have stood in such an important meeting? IMHO Trees, NO. There were still 6 points up for grabs for the likes of King, Woffinden etc and now they will miss out on their National Final. A re-run meeting at another track would be the sensible thing to do. British Speedway shoots itself in the foot yet again.
