After a bit of 'fact finding' (although who is to say my 'source' is indeed an honourable gentleman and truthful!!) I have been lead to believe the following:

All the riders or the BKM were asked to keep this coming Sunday free as a reserve date just in case.

And this meeting was booked a long time before the Glasgow meeting was announced.

So based on the above Bomber is honouring an agreement and I have no problem with that what so ever.

The only bit that confuses me is this Polish Story.

Was it just a cover up or a genuine reason.

Because personally I dont feel a cover story was needed. A commitment has been made, Colin and Alun were given notice of this allowing them to arrange the Glasgow meeting without Bomber and everyone seems okay.

Thats what I have heard - but whose to say - true or false!!!!!!!!

Bob Kilby Memorial live online - take two!

After Thursday's abortive attempts to run the Bob Kilby Memorial meeting, it's a case of take two this evening as BBC Wiltshire will be broadcasting a special webcast from the event.

If you cannot make it to the Abbey tonight you can hear full coverage of the meeting via the BBC Wiltshire website:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/wiltshire/sport

Shaun Hodgetts and Richard Crowley will provide full live commentary of all 23 heats, plus interviews from the pits during the evening.

A live streaming link will appear on the BBC Wiltshire website before tapes up.

There will also be reaction on BBC Wiltshire's Breakfast Show on Monday morning from 6am on 103.5FM, 103.6FM, and 104.3FM.

Regards

Richard

Thats good Richard I will be listening in. Can't make it up tonight but I will hopefully be there on Thursday, weather permitting.

A shame you can't stick a camera up on the live feed so we can watch it as well as hearing you. Shouldn't be difficult to do!
