James Grieves 20 Year Testimonial Meeting

Recommended Posts

More than likely because of issues with Somerset riders , which has nothing to do with this thread.

Its a celebration of James career , great guy , fantastic entertainer , this thread isn't the place for people to try and bring up grudges that are about 5 years old.

good point wjm

He's been a fantastic entertainer and a superb rider - certainly of the small tighter northern tracks... You need characters like this in the sport, and he's still going strong around a 9pt ave after so long in the sport. An achievement in its own right when you consider his big track exploits...

I'd have welcomed him back at Armadale - even after the way he left us in acrimonious circumstances... Pure entertainer...

James has started planning for this big event which will probably take place around September/October time next year.

Good luck to you and hope have a great line-up for

Crikey,.......20 years!! It doesn't seem that long ago since James was the young up-and-coming Scot, flying around the various tracks looking like the next Scot to take on the world.

Good Luck with the Testimonial, James, you deserve it and I hope the weather stays fine and you get a great turn-out.
