OK, guess right now there is a lady in a far away land rollling around the floor laughing.

Who?

Do we know Nicola is female?Or are you talking about someone else?Nicola is also a male name in Italy.Nicola Conti is an Italian boxer and Nicola Pasini plays for AC Milan.Wouldn't want to feel his tackle :oops:

i doubt that they can go ahead with the meeting on Saturday, allot of rain is expected in the southern half of Sweden on Saturday.

especially on the west coast where Gotheburg is situated.

Possible Sunday afternoon could work weather wise.

Looking at second link you provided Ghost it looks like we may expect 0.7mm between 17:00 and 22:00. It's not that much I guess and rock hard track will let the meeting go on. Racing will be poor in this situation. :(

I don't remember too many wet GP's over the last few years but I seem to recall AJ winning in the wet. Was that win in Sweden too. And are there any other good performers in the wet?

it was in Målilla (Scandinavian GP) a couple of years ago.

Sat eating in Gothenburg and it hasn't stopped raining since we left the hotel 4 and a half hours ago so not looking good at the mo. Not really heavy but persistant enough and think that any league meet wud be off already so we're hoping cos it's a GP that they'll make every effort to get it on. Bloody cold as well!!!

Bradford Ace and the track isn't even covered  because the organizers claims that it isn't necessary.

However they claim that it only has rained 4mm and that it will stop during the afternoon.

At the moment there is a go for racing tonight.

Think the organisers have missed a trick not having covers on and pretty stupid of em to be so naive in my opinion. We r 10 min walk from stadium and walked it this morn to pick up the tickets and it's rained non stop since, some 5 and a half hrs and counting!!! Will b gutted if it's off but looks like it at present. Just hope they manage to work on the track if it ever stops raining and gives them the opportunity to do so!!
