Stats
The Woffy Westernapolis meeting at Pinjar Park (Western Australia) to honour the contribution made by Rob Woffinden in getting the 142 metre circuit up and running after the closure of the Bibra Lake circuit, produced some brilliant racing action. World Under 21 Champion Darcy Ward (Qld) won all of his four heats and then took out the 10-lap final over Sam Masters (NSW), Joe Haines (UK) and Taylor Poole (NSW). Unfortunately local veteran Frank Smart was absent due to work commitments. Recently crowned WA Champion Leigh Boujos tangled with Daniel Winchester (third in state title) in a heat race and both came down heavily and were scratchings for the rest of the meeting. Next meeting at Pinjar Park will be the Solo Psychosis on December 5.

Correct except I believe Ward won all of his 5 heats then the final. cheers. edit: Was int to see Glen Doyle put on some exhibition rides on an old Weslake apparently formerly owned by Rob Woffinden and it sounded better than any of the bikes.
