Pinny
Its the fact he claimed he could do better yet as expected he hasn't produced anything he could claim is better.
Ben91
HAHAHAHAHA. You are more of an embarrasement to your own fans than I am to Newport. Hence your nickname "sillyben". Just out of thought, how do you know the programme is actually paid for? Maybe the printing company do it for nothing all year as sponsorship? You have absoloutely no idea about what goes on with Newports programmes, website etc. No idea at all. I haven't produced anything myself because I do not have the time and I am not in charge of the Newport programme, just because you asked me to it doesn't mean I have to Wanna and I did not once say in my original post I was going to do so. My post was about the programme and a serious comment on it, I stated how I thought it could be improved but you, like always reduce things to petty squabbling. I also don't care how your programme is paid for, nor do I care what you think. I haven't got anymore time for you and your childish comments, if you can't take someone disagreeing with your biased views then you are not worth the time of day, look at your reaction to Jerran Hart wanting to win a meeting for example, you really need to grow up. Discussion over. Edited December 31, 2009 by RocketBen1

Is he really saying he went home because he thought to track isn't very good? Looks like the Monarchs have bagged a really determined rider there. Ben has said Discussion over - but you know that Wanna will come back with another post - they always want the last word dont they. So this is the challenge - will Wanna prove me right, which is something that will kill him to do - or duck out of the arguement!!! Oh decisions!!!! Gemini
Gemini will be round to give them a lovely oil massage. I won't repeat the post because it's long, but where on earth have you been Terry? I've been worrried sick and thought I'd overdone the last massage I gave you and you'd had a heart attack or something. I mean 3 months and no word from you. Glad you are still alive and kicking. So this is the challenge - will Wanna prove me right, which is something that will kill him to do - or duck out of the arguement!!! Oh decisions!!!! Gawd Sandie. Don't encourage him to keep going. DutchGrasstrack
Is he really saying he went home because he thought to track isn't very good? Looks like the Monarchs have bagged a really determined rider there. Yes, he says he went to the track for a view and thinks it's not worth to stay another week in the UK for the meeting because the track is in poor quality . BigFatDave
One word..... testosterone I can think of a better one but you ladies might be offended. Seems to me rocketman started the argument then couldn't put up so he shut up. Is he really saying he went home because he thought to track isn't very good? Looks like the Monarchs have bagged a really determined rider there. Has he seen the trick track yet? If so them Hibernians won't see him for dust - Rye House dust of course!! Merlin
Cant wait till the opening night at Armadale now I can see another Leon Madsen here So you'll be coming through for the Armadale opener - the Scottish Open then? What Leon Madsen has to do with Tabaka withdrawing from the New Year Classic escapes me though. As you well know Madsen walked out on Glasgow because he claimed that the promotion had reneged on the terms of the contract he had signed. Surely you're not going to resurrect the myth yet again that he went home because of a visit to Armadale to watch a PL match before he was due to head off to Berwick the following night where Peter Waite put a wee spoke in Glasgow's ploy to bring in Trent Leverington instead? I seem to remember you being, shall we say, less than pleased when you turned up at Berwick that night. Anyway Happy New Year to you - hope you like the new 'improved' Ashfield track next year. Merlin
Clearly not Actually he is. But to stay with his entourage (all five of them) cramped up in a van in this weather for a week just to ride a weather affected track after he had suffered from frozen hands at Scunthorpe which resulted in him struggling to complete his last two rides was probably just a penance too much to pay for such a privilege. I for one won't be blaming him for that. He pulled out early enough for the organisers to find a replacement.

If he was using this as his chance to shine he should have made better arrangements for his trip over here. Christ, even me and missus had done enough preparation to my van to enure that we would have been comfortable had we had to sleep in the van in our recent road trip across Europe! I can almost gaurantee his van is bigger and better than my 1998 Ford Transit
Halifaxtiger
One word..... testosterone you are so right! Disgraceful sexist comments Have to say that I think the new Newport cover for the programme looks really good. I agree. I think it looks good too. Weather looks dry so I'll probably be making the trip. Always one of my favourite tracks and will get the chance to catch up with my old mate Main Man again.
