foreverblue
I was looking forward to the meeting at the start of the season, but the line-up and the price of tickets just doesnt inspire me to go i'm afraid. Especially this close to payday My prediction is Lindgren Holder Davidsson With Harris and Hampel to just miss out Agreed, that was my opinion, looked forward to it until they announced the prices, better line up in the elrc for less money. My top three would be Lindgren,Holder,Harris. Stiltonpanther
Would have loved to be at this meeting but on the wrong shift. My top three are Holder, Lindgren and Bjerre. I would like to see Hampel and Zagar back in the gp's though.

beesboybert
Surprised in the speedway star it says that many will be tipping Davidsson to do well. He's on my list to go through. Flies round Brandon and being an FIM meeting I'm expecting the track to be far more to his liking than Bombers! I've had him at 14-1 e/w. Thought he was by far the best value available
psycho3a
If people think this meeting is expensive why not go to Coventry City Football ground . £22 for an away supporter. Whats the better value. For the £3 difference give me Speedway any time. This is not the dearest priced ticket either. Speedway £25 - 23 races 23 mins entertainment if at all there is a pass on a slick FIM prepared track I agree football is expensive but at least you get a full 90 mins... If this had been properly priced you would have got a massive crowd now i believe it will be lucky to get as many as a normal coventry race night... £25 is far to expensive
Jacques
We're clearly never all going to agree on it...funny that I think it's good value for money, so there you go. Anyway, anyone wondering about the weather here, it's blue skies , sunshine and nice and warm
Hazzman
If people think this meeting is expensive why not go to Coventry City Football ground . £22 for an away supporter. Whats the better value. For the £3 difference give me Speedway any time. This is not the dearest priced ticket either. 90 minutes of action or 25 minutes of action. Or alteratively 25 pounds for a 15 year old or 13 pounds for a 15 year old. Or maybe even 3 pound for a programme as opposed to a fiver. The price is over the top evidently. What's the attraction for the average Cov fans of going this meeting as opposed to a normal league meeting, I don't think there's a rider in the field who hasn't rode at least once in the past 18 months at Brandon, little difference than a league meeting plus the track prep and Brandon for a FIM meeting is normally awful. I am lucky I can afford it, others prefer not to get ripped off. Edited September 18, 2009 by Hazzman

colincooke
The sun is out, the sky is blue. So is bomber's bike but i'm afraid that just won't do. Chris will score 10 tonight imo which will probably mean he'll just miss out. My top 3 Lindgren Holder Bjerre 4th Hampel 5th Davidsson Harris 6th

Robbobee
I think Bomber will be 4th or 5th on the night albeit beaten by both Freddie Lindgren and Kenneth Bjerre - and as they will be top 8 GP riders anyway, Bomber will get in for next year also ! Top Three : Lindgren, Holder, Bjerre followed by Bomber / Hampel Cheers
