Red&BlackAttack
I doubt hans will be back. However a top 4 of Holder, Bjarne, Ward and Emil would be pretty cool. Well fitting Bjarne in wont be a problem he'll be on a 5.00 ave by the end of the season...
foreverblue
That would still be higher than Mads.
bazaar3
Thought Matt felt the way forward was the likes of Screen, Stonhewer and Piszcz . You forgot Eriksson...
Icicle
Dream on Ward & Emil will not be with Poole

semion
Hopefully the chance to see Emil at Poole again before he becomes a full time Pirate in 2010. Thats a great new signing, I take it Matty has decided to stay on after al. l Or did you mean Kramer ? Paddy The Rebel
I doubt hans will be back. However a top 4 of Holder, Bjarne, Ward and Emil would be pretty cool. Seconded SS, Ward is a must for any team
stevehone
Ward won't be at Poole. are you sure?
Drew
Excellent news. There used to be some great individual meetings years ago. Brandonopolis, Silver PLume, Internationale, Blue Riband, Spring Classic etc. Hopefully the chance to see Emil at Poole again before he becomes a full time Pirate in 2010. I'm sure Kramer is happy at Somerset thank you very much!
Chris Brown
Always like this idea, because this meeting is going to see plenty of good young foreign riders on show who we will be building the team around next season. Yes, great idea, take money that could be best used on BRITISH youngsters and give to the foreign riders Why bother with these individual meetings, Ford has had a crap year and thinks he may as well put on a money spinning inidividual meeting and fleece all the mugs who can be bothered to go

Parsloes 1928 nearly
Hmm, am wondering if the legacy of the barely believable decision to have no cut-off date for the bottom positions in the Elite and so Poole threatened with the relegation play-offs, may well have done for this proposed individual meeting... WembleyLion
Hmm, am wondering if the legacy of the barely believable decision to have no cut-off date for the bottom positions in the Elite and so Poole threatened with the relegation play-offs, may well have done for this proposed individual meeting... According to Speedway Star this week Matt Ford has confirmed there will be no Blue Riband this year.
rabbit
A combination of rider availability and some over-expectancy on the part of some of the Poole fans as to who should be compting seems to have done for it this year. Having said that, we have a very full month ahead with Buccs and Pirates fixtures (4 home meetings confirmed with up to 3 more with the NL KO Cup final, possibly the NL Play-Off Final and EL Relegation Play-Off) so I don't think it will be that much of a big miss.
