This was the email I received from the Leszno club (klub@unia.leszno.pl) after BSI advised me to contact them. Hope this helps. Hello, To get a refund for the tickets purchased for SWC you need to send us: - the tickets - the number of your reservation - details for bank trasfer: your name and address, your bank name and address, your IBAN and SWIFT Please send it into the following address: Unia Leszno SSA Strzelecka 7 64-100 Leszno Poland As you wrote you had the Super VIP tickets. If you got into the stadium and got the merchandise we won't be able to give you the refund of 400 zl per ticket. If you got into the stadium we can give you a refund of 100 zł for ticket.
