Swc- The Final

Recommended Posts

If the rain in Poland is anything like it is in Germany (where I used to live), then it comes down torrential, but doesn't last long and dries up really quickly. I think it is because they are well in-land, unlike here in the UK.

Lets hope so anyway.

Not only that, the Poles have the expertise and equipment to relay the track pdq. All is not lost IMO.

They'll need a miracle! aarrggh I was really looking forward to it..

Well I'm in the Philippines at 1.15am and that is not going to stop raining and dry up, or be anywhere near ready to race in 45 minutes your time, so I'm going to bed.....

Really can't see this one happening. As they've touched upon a couple of times we could possibly get it on if the rain stops but look over Charlie and Kelvin's shoulders - it's not slowed down since the programme started at all and the track is pretty much under water.

I haven't got sky so can only go on what you see, but i went to Wroclaw when Havelock won the world title and the heavens opened and completely flooded the track. They got the fire engines out and pumped the water off and ran the meeting, so still some hope yet.

Except its still hammering it down!!!!!
