I think what could be rubbing people up the wrong way isn't that he's there, but being in full Aussie team colours and considering the way we went out its a little bit of "salt into the wounds"

He's obviously spannering for one of the aussies though so he'd be 'expected' to wear the team colours. I'm sure there's people of all nationalities in the pits wearing the colours of the rider they're working for...I don't see the difference. As long as when Tai is riding it's for GB 100% - and no-one can say otherwise after Thursday! - I don't think it matters a jot what he wears or where he 'works' at other times. With respect HE did his job on Thursday it was hardly his fault Britain aren't here today!

You're Greek Cypriot why do you care...?...

Certainly surprised me though, but who cares, surely he can help whomever he wants to.

I'm supporting the Aussies today as there is an ex Rocket in the side (albeit the weakest link so far)

The Polish fans don't like Gollob do they ;)

Why didn't the Poles use the tactical during Hampel's last ride?

You're worse than my wee brother... wait to see which team is winning and dream up a reason for supporting them...

Not today, that's for sure, I think we may see him replaced in his last one. Having a mare which is a great shame as there is no better sight in speedway, when he is in full flight.

Wots the problem with Tai wearing an Aussie shirt, i,m watching this with me Aussie G string on, i,m English, not British so does that mean i should not have been cheering on Team GB earlier in the week,

I,m more concerned that that Tosser Nicholls is working on sky, Where was he when Team GB needed support in the earlier meetings, Probably sulking like a spoilt brat somewhere.

Sky have said should the mmeting be postponed the result will stand based on the finishing posistions of the team at HT 15?? The rules say the points scored after the last run heat!!

Wish they had someone who knew the rules. Who informs them of these rules? Is it race director??

Sky is wrong.

2. If the meeting is interrupted at any time after Heat 15 is accomplished and

the remaining heats cannot be completed the same day, the results will be

considered valid and the following will determine the meeting classification:

The team with the highest number of points, considering the total number of

points scored up to and including the last completed heat shall be declared the

winner; the team with the second highest amount of scored points shall be

declared second and so on. In the case of teams tied on points, precedence

shall be given to the team having the greatest number of first, second, third,

fourth (or fifth where applicable) places. If ties still persist, then precedence shall

be given to the better-ranked team (see Art. 078.8.1).

If the meeting is stopped the Aussie will be the most lucky team of the year. First Andersen and Pedersen injuries threw Danes out of the final and now the rain stopped Gollob and Protasiewicz who were supposed to score over 10. Given all those injuries plus mysterious Sullivan's disappearance, Watt's hopeless season and even more hopeless Batchelor that would be the most of luck for Aussies to win gold!!!

Not the smartest of moves from Woffinden or Nicholls I think, saying that I think it was a career move for Tai to be English, average discount, sponsorship oppurtunities, and a weker pool talent ahead of him to get into the gp's. I was susrprised to see Nicholls there today, saying that he may have got stuck in traffic and only just got there after meaning to get there on Thursday!
