rabbit
I'm told it's on the GP site that Adam is in, so assume it's official.

rabbit
Someone had posted that they'd heard Troy was in which is what i'd replied to, but it looks like they've deleted their post. Must remember to quote in future so it doesn't make me look like I'm the disbeliever!
jeff...
It is officiel - u can see the line-ups at the Race Card here Bad draw for us, we have to wait till heat 11 for a grid 1, by which time the Aussies have had 5. Denmark also have the advantage of the extra grid
Undercover Elephant
and Leigh Adams confirmed Ryan not showing up at practice. Maybe the news of his exclusion didn't sit well with him. Not looking good for Ryan or Team Australia.
Dexter
Looking at Ryan's perfromance since a few years I would say he is kind of burned out. It's good that Adam was given a chance but he didn't take it. Moreover, he crashed and broke his collarbone. Does it mean Ryan will be back to the team? I doubt it given Boycey's tone when he was being interviewed and was talking about Ryan's no show at practice
krompa
http://www.czarnysport.pl/news.php?id=1993 According to some Polish speedway portal it will be Batchelor in for Shields.
hagonshocker
If the unthinkable happens and Sullivan is recalled then the rest of the side should walk out in protest! The spirit amongst the team seems much healthier without him and thats not much of a surprise to be honest...for an Aussie he's not very....erm...Aussie is he?! Time for him to go permanantly from the set-up...to be truthful i was kinda shocked he was picked in the first place!! Time also for young Batch to step up to the plate and i for one am encouraged by one or two ippo away performances

IainB
quote from Sully's website Ryan said: "Boyce told me Crump wanted me off the team because my face didn't fit. So I agreed to stay home to keep the team happy and I wished them luck! Boyce also admitted he gave me the worst draw in Peterborough with twice gate 3 every track grade. I don't think if they want me to ride in the final, but if they do, I'am ready to race for Australia!"

Gutted for Ryan - Likely to be it for him in the Aussie set up which really does suck as it's the only chance I get to see him race.
krompa
Crump and Boyce are both stupid then. Sullivan is consistant scorer in Polish league with very good record in Leszno. Away CMA 7.61 (6.97 without bonus points). 11+1 in last years Ekstraliga final. He would have done much, much better than Batchelor, I'm sure about it. bdjfan
Finally we are seeing the otherside of the Australian team!!!! It say's something when his fan's are the one's who have to stick up for Mr Sullivan. Craig Boyce hang your head in shame
Richspeedway
I bet after heat 25 a certain Mr Sullivan was very happy with the result

iris123
Yup.Looks like the Ginger one mucked up on a couple of fronts this week.Did anyone see him wearing a Team GB shirt by any chance?
bdjfan
Crump being self centered and winning that heat allowing the other team the chance to play the joker was the icing on the cake for me. I do feel sorry for the rest of the aussies who had to stand by his comment's and aggreeing that Ryan's face didnt fit. Appalling at the end of the day. Hope Ryan gets lots of maximums to rub there noses in it.
