Beeone
Sorry, the meeting might be great & atmosphere wonderful, but all that Jingoistic flag waving patriotism (be it GB Polish, Swedish, Danish etc) just make me cringe. Also the Sing-Along of "Gland of Grope & Whorey" just makes me cringe even more!! Or am I just an Anti-social Git??? Looks like it to me
gonzo441
Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but was trying to book seats in our usual section L20 (lower tier bends 3/4) and none available nor any in adjacent sections. Anybody else had any difficulties? Cant believe those sections have sold out already. Any info appreciated. Gonz
rhidassa
Just booked tickets on Bend 3, middle tier, third row from the front. Not what I wanted, but shouldn't be *that* bad. Put 4 tickets on credit card... 2 for me, 2 for others.. Lets hope they pay me back sharpish!
garyg
Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but was trying to book seats in our usual section L20 (lower tier bends 3/4) and none available nor any in adjacent sections. Anybody else had any difficulties? Cant believe those sections have sold out already. Any info appreciated. Gonz Had the same problem trying to book tickets for L19. Spoke to seetickets who informed me they didn't have that section of seats, that particular section was being sold through ticketmaster. Trying to speak to someone at ticketmaster proved beyond me. Probably easier to get an audience with the Pope!! Gave up in the end and have now booked tickets through seetickets in the middle tier. The racing this year was not what I expected, I wasn't that impressed, but as always the atmosphere never fails to make my weekend! I hope 2010 will be something so different becuase its the 10th GP at Cardiff! Been to everyone and loved all of them Bring on 2010
WembleyLion
Just booked my family tickets for the second bend. Seemed a lot easier this year as in previous years I've only been able to get so far before being told to phone the ticketing agent!
Derwent
Booked our tickets for the St David's Suite hospitality package today. It's part of the wife's surprise birthday present. Well, she doesn't actually like speedway but I'm sure she'll enjoy the rest of the long weekend in Cardiff
Drew
Just got back from the Millenium Stadium today after having to struggle through seeing a rep who uses a hospitality suite as his showroom at the stadium. He uses a box which is directly above the start line and with this my brain started to think and I asked the obvious question about any chance of access for the GP. It only turns out that the box is the one the ref uses so no go on that although I did suggest I might be able to do a better job than some of refs who have used it in the last few years! Back to square one on that idea but it was nice to have a foc tour of the stadium after business, very strange though to be able to drive in and park under the stadium near where the pits are for the GP. The stadium seemed awfully quiet compared to the last time I went in 2007 when someone called Harris won!
