If we stayed at Gothenburg would the journey to Malilla be easy? I can tell you what we did last year.We flew Ryanair to Stockholm Skavsta airport,on friday evening and stayed at a new hotel yards from the terminal called connect hotel Skavsta(www.booking.com for prices)we then on sat morning picked up the hire car from the airport and drove to Malilla-which is a leisurely 3 hours away. we then stayed on the sat night at the nearest town to malilla we could find accommodation at which was the Stadshotell at Vimmerby. We then motored back to Skavsta on the sunday.Ryanair fly to Skavsta from Stanstead,Birmingham,Liverpool and Scotland. hope this helps
sjw ministerofport
Thanks for the info mate, it is very usefull as we maybe able to get employee rate at a hotel in Stockholm and the sound of the journey by road will be interesting. Might even try renting a camper and staying by the track for a BBQ.

Nyköping is about 50km closer then Gothenburg. use: http://www.hitta.se/ or http://www.resrobot.se or http://kartor.eniro.se/ for driving directions and maps. Ghostwalker
does any one no if theres a train that runs close to malilla ? either from copenhagen, stockholm or gothenburg well you cant go by train all the way. There are multiple train and bus combinations: FRom Gothenburg: http://tinyurl.com/cwdy7q from stockholm (Arland Airport) http://tinyurl.com/ccyxu4 from Stockholm (Skavsta Airport) http://tinyurl.com/df4agy from Malmö (Central rail saw Stn): http://tinyurl.com/dbtdeb please note that these times are just an example. Since you cant search for time tables further away then June 13th. but this will give you an idea abour your options. turism info for Småland: http://www.visit-smaland.com Edited April 28, 2009 by Ghostwalker

Ghostwalker
am having problems getting tickets for this gp, site keeps saying error when i register, any suggestians ? the FAQ says that if you have a problem registering it might be because you email is already registered. If you are sure that you dont have registered before and using an alternate email doesnt help you should use the contact form to email them for help.
