Gaz
Oh dear someone must have a different opinion to Gaz.Cant have that now can we? People can say what they want, Pepe is 2nd in averages behind Jason just, and as soon as he has a poor meeting or whatever he is trying to drop his average to move to another club. Does that mean Henry and Stoddart were trying to drop their averages at Rye? No it doesn't, our riders are just having a poor season and even Jason's performances has dropped in the last couple of weeks.

Hearsayjay
My point is that you are very quick to criticise certain riders and indeed the promotion but always stick by your favorites, not very impartial.
jackofdiamonds
An end of season feel about last night, although the racing improved as the night went on. All the visitors had their moments and gave it a good go. Pepe was the best rider on the night though and deserved his win. After a sticky start Kenni Larsen came good and looked really good in the race off with Ty Proctor. It seemed as if Pepe was hinting he may be going Elite next year, saying he would like to double-up next year if it was possible.

Tsunami
NO YES YES Your boys did well last night. John is showing terrific form and is a different rider to the Gems rider we know. Craig was wisely taking it a bit easier but still had a 5 - 1 with young John. I think everyone in the stadium held their breath when Craig went down and all hoped that his night would not be spoiled again. Wouldn't mind both back at Brough next year BTW. A decent little meeting last night spoiled a little bit with trouble on the first and second bend. The first heat the track was brilliant with Pepe showing the form he should have in earlier league meetings. Unfortunately it started to loosen up and last week's track was back on show. But then again what can you do when the stadium whisks 'OUR' grader to Sunderland dogs to do their track without our consent and didn't bring it back. This after last week speedway having to repair the pits gate which had been smashed by the dogs staff. The things you have to put up with dealing with people given big money to rent their stadium and to keep their stadium viable. BAH.
MattyHart
1 Josef Franc - Was pretty good apart from the one race he touched the tapes, probably a deserved winner. 2 Ben Wilson - Surprisingly quite good, expected his usual Newcastle performnace after his first ride but did well there after. 3 John Branney - Very good entertainment, 110% trier, what a good reserve he'd make for us next year. 4 Christian Henry - Thought he stood a very good chance after 4 rides, but blew it in his last one. 5 Emiliano Sanchez - Can't say he stood out much, didn't expect a lot, didn't get it. 6 Jason King - Very surprised at this score, started off great, had a decent race with Henry in his second, then just tailed off. 7 Chris Kerr - Few bike problems but pretty good value none the less. 8 Jerran Hart - never really looked in it apart from 1 or 2 occasions. 9 Carl Wilkinson - Tried hard as always and did pretty well. 10 Ty Proctor - Great entertainment, never gives up and was up there as expected. 11 Kenni Larsen - I expected quite a bit from Kenni after his recent performances, this was the first time i've seen him and he didn't impress much in his first 2, seemed to struggle with the track, but in his next 4, what a rider, what a performance! 12 Craig Branney - Good return from injury, good to see him get up unscathed from his crash. On the whole a fairly good meeting, hopefully the next one in a few weeks is a bit better.

If Franc is just 2nd behind King in the averages the does that mean the 5 riders with lower averages the Franc are on a fiddle to and if so where will they be next season,Henry,Stoddart etc.Its so easy to accuse a rider of an average fiddle without to much evidence,if thats true then the why would the Diamonds promotion keep any rider like that in their team. BAH. 1) I remember him getting a 21 point full max at brough!! 2) is it 'OUR' grader, or does it belong to the Doggie people? Tsunami
1) I remember him getting a 21 point full max at brough!! 2) is it 'OUR' grader, or does it belong to the Doggie people? 1 Yes, I do remember but he was a CL rider in the CL. In the last couple of seasons, when he has ridden Brough, he has rode better than some away heatleaders. His style has changed a bit but last night he looked the business getting better drive and prepared to mix it with heatleaders. 2 It is ours and we 'lend' it to the dogs people for use at Brough. Unfortunately they have a habit of thinking that if we lend then something it becomes theirs. Remember the tractors mysteriously had sand on them and no fuel left in them until we starting storing them in the cabins.
Big Diamond
Not a bad meeting Pepe deserved winner with Christian riding well and another good night by kenni. John Branney was very impressive and would take him for the Diamonds if Workington dont. Good to see Craig Branney back riding and he did quite well. Ts If this is the case is there no way we can stop them as it is my opinion if we did the same to them there would be Hell to pay and we are once again being treated second best not good enough IMO
