guestie8
Just ordered my Lonigo Tickets online and to have a reserved seat has cost £45.00 with the current exchange rate. When i say reserved seat,I think its just a reserved spot to park yout bum on the concrete terrace if my memory serves me correctly. Seems pricey when you think you can watch at a superb arena like Cardiff for thirty odd GBP? No wonder they dont fill the place...... Anybody else think that seems a bit steep? robolots
As someone that goes to few Gp's a year I have noticed the prices creeping up and up or is just our strong pound!!!!!
Rob B
Sitting at those sort of tracks has always been quite expensive, most locals sit on the grass. But the pound is so weak at the moment making the exchange rate so bad and everything seem so expensive in Europe.

Our pound seems pretty weak. I was in Antwerp last week and the exchange rate at the Station was Euro 1.09 to £
SCB
Our pound seems pretty weak. I was in Antwerp last week and the exchange rate at the Station was Euro 1.09 to £1 Was 1.21 in the post office 2 weeks ago. This year we got between 26 and 28 Czech Koruna to the pound, last year we got 36 and the year before that I got 39, shows how bad things are getting. However, it's not really happening as I was told on this forum a few months ago. Companies are just hiking up the price of food and other imports because they feel like it. speedwayKid
Polish zloty is the same. In previous years it has been like 7 to the pound, although decreasing. This year we only managed 3.9 to the pound!

Checked my Nationwide credit card and I got nearly 31 Koruna Still bad compared to previous years but the Nationwide credit card has decent rates and no commission on purchases which for me were Hotel Travel tickets in Prague and food so the card does save a bit rather than buying koruna from Post Office Amex etc. And no I don't work for them or are sponsored by them
