For a start, it means we come out of gate 1 twice in the first 3 heats....not that it'll help much. And Russia (in yellow) come off gate 3 and 4 twice each ibn the first 4 races. Apparently, no later than 30 minutes after the completion of practice for the meeting is when the official team declaration form is to be handed in to the organiser with the final composition!
