From PC to KC.
Which tw-t at Rugby Council thought it would be a good idea to resurface the road right outside the Stadium today of all days. Loose chippings everywhere and 10 mile an hour speed limit. Still my cars an old knacker ( bit like Stead really) so won't bother me too much. Edited July 14, 2008 by From PC to KC. Hazzman
In my experience of these situations, people will just zoom 30 over them anyway. (Cos I had some numpty overtake me the other week when I was doing 20 on these type of roads) Give it a hour or so and all loose chippings will be by the side of the road. BritPete
It's a shame they didn't put those loose chippings on the track!
21st century heathen
Superb piece of Council/speedway club co-operation. Not only did the Council decide to do it yesterday, when the stadium as hosting its biggest speedway meeting of the season, but they were doing it as we all arrived at the stadium. Pure genuis!! Davew329
Been like that since start of month to be honest. Perhaps lynch looked at his programme in them for the inspiration behind throwing the joker so early.

Where I am they built a new estate, tarmaced the rds and pavement 2 days after finishing that the water board came and dug them all up again
