norman strachan,ken middleditch,freddie williams,ian williams,mike keen, pete munday,martin ashby,dick bradley, johnnie hole, jack geran, phil woodcock,rick france ,james bond,john hart,dave younghusband,colin pratt,ted laessing,ted ede,colin clarke,stuart wallace,reg duval,don hardy,bob kilby,mike cake,bernie leigh,dave hankins dave collett,ernie baker,george white,brian crutcher merv hannam,lew coffin,russell foote geoff swindells pete smith, bill holden ,jack valis,george major,pete rogers, bill booth dave moxham, mike vernam,brian leonard,john hammond,bobby croombs bruce cribb john fitzpatrick,tony mattingley colin gooddy ,ken vale,arthur hewitt,alun rossitter, plus modern riders subject to availibility verbal acceptances from sam ermolenko malcom simmons neil street and neil middleditch and alan trump + the men in black also stalls from paul eustace jim blanchard,devon shirts eastbourne speedway, brian crutcher,wimbledon speedway? a staring gate reflex machine et al SO BE THERE OR BE SQUARE ANDY :rolleyes:

B) forgot to add that there will be a live band a prize raffle classic speedway bikes on display and running cycle speedway for the kids a play area and exotic rare breeds for mums and dads craft shops tea rooms and museum and other invited guest jim knott, rosita mattingley ,joan golden ,mrs brian mckeon,don and derrick rickman and invites have also been extended to barry briggs bjorn knuttson, peter collins ronnie genz and ron how AND ITS ALL FREE* * ENTRY TO MUSEUM NOT INCLUDED* :lol:

my apologise to mike cake ,ron walton, and kevin smith,for leaving them off the list and also the current day riders from i.o.w somerset plymouth rye house reading and others that will be attending

It really sounds fantastic but my big concern is, with all of these people going in coaches etc, am I likely to get in. we will b etravelling from Oxford and if it is impossible to get in to see anything, then

it will be a long way to go to be dissappointed.

replying to brian hamilton and bob bath the answer is yes on both counts there are 2 car parks on site plus two miles of roadside parking a 3 acre overflow car park next door and if all else fails approx 400 yrds from museum is bashley fc car park so plenty of parking space ,and bob bath we have at least 2 proffessional photographers on the day and a video company recording a dvd of the great day as well best wishes andy
