Trees
If it's as good as our Ash Jones younguns meeting it will be a real interesting meeting.
Saint Rob
Oh goody another boring Young Brits v Young Aussies meeting
rabbit
Bit unfair there Rob. Over the last few years, the level of entertainment thrown up in all of the 'Young Gun' meetings that Poole've put on in World Cup week has by far surpassed that supplied by the senior team levels. If there was one meeting a year I'd make a point of going to, it'd be this one. I'd get yourself along, you might be pleasantly surprised... LisaColette
Oh goody another boring Young Brits v Young Aussies meeting last years was pretty good! especially with tai woffinden riding and bridger
Saint Rob
I went to the 2 individuals they did. The first won Matej Zagar won and everyone assumed he signed a contract to join Poole there and then. Didn't do the following year but I think that was when Nicolai Klindt won(?) and looked brilliant. Again, everyone assumed Poole had signed him. Looks like we had a lucky escape! Went to the match last year and will admit it was good (what wasn't good was my battery on my phone dying when I was doing the live updates!), but I would prefer an individual meeting rather than a GB v Aussie every year

LisaColette
One day, one day yep. he's already set his sights on breaking boycey's points record at poole. if anyone is going to beat it, its gonna be holder.

Trees
Also he has now moved to the area from Peterbororugh. Shows commitment. Makes sense as his brother and team mates are living down there, he could so easily move back to East Anglia
LisaColette
Makes sense as his brother and team mates are living down there, he could so easily move back to East Anglia but once you're settled on the south coast you never want to leave!! as long as he carries on riding for poole each year, i don't mind where he lives. LisaColette
no meeting now acc to poole web. yeah just seen that. quite surprising cos they seem to run a junior meeting during world cup week.
rabbit
That's a real shame - the Young Guns meetings have been great over recent years with some great talent on show and some really entertaining racing. I did have a niggling suspicion it might not end up happening but still disappointed even so
Najjer
Makes sense as his brother and team mates are living down there, he could so easily move back to East Anglia James Holder lives in Ringwood which is little way outside of Poole. Shame the meeting has been cancelled as was hoping Jordan Frampton was going to be riding and possibly would of come down to watch.
