Anders
A tough line-up, way better than both Abensberg and Gorican so far. Only quality names went through, yet the likes of Gizatullin, Hampel and Kolodziej failed to qualify. Apart from a few names in the Czestochowa line-up, it looked so strong it could well have been the Grand Final!
Subedei
Of course Czestochowa is the home track of Messrs Richardson and Ulamek in Poland, while both Walasek and Lukas Dryml have been "Lions" in the past. But perhaps most ominously of all, the Grand Final is being held in Zielona Gora, which is the home town and home track of Grzegorz Walasek - if he negotiates the semi-final safely, who'd bet against Walasek being a GPer in 2009? Sandie
I may be wrong but I thought this was the round that Chris Harris was due to ride IF he chose the qualifying route. So it looks like he has decided not to use it. Anyone have any info on this. Its probably on another thread but I havent seen anything Thanks

Such a shame neither of them has much to be arrogant about, really. Edited June 15, 2008 by Subedei

Badge
Even with that lineup,it`s still a surprise to me Hampel only scored 7 Something not quite right with Jarek ATM I reckon, family bereavement aside that is. He looked very pale, last week at Ippo

Chris
Great day for uk speedway with rico looking like he could be back in the gp series next year D.Howe will knock him out in the semis to power his way to Zielona Gora. Using the Karlsson corridor none of the finalists will touch him. It will be a magical day for GB speedway and an even better one for one SteveoBrum. T.N.T.
Pleased that PK has made it through and great to see Daniel Nermark in as well. Ulamek did well in a tough line up, will he be back at Wolves ? Ales scored 10, including 3 heat wins .... 2 from gate 1 and 1 from gate
diamond@heart
Great day for uk speedway with rico looking like he could be back in the gp series next year Yes would love to see Rico back in the GP series, would swap him for Scott 'no chance of inning a GP' Nicholls anyday. And according to Nigel Pearson, Nicholls is the man all of the public would love to see ontop of the podium at a GP. I don't think so Nigel
