Subedei
Lindgren's points situation currently looks good. But the points situation of Harris looked good after Cardiff. But, final analysis, Harris failed to qualify. Lindgren could yet fail to qualify. And then, excluding external influences, finishing second at Ullevi with 22 points wouldn't amount to much. Silver Bee
Agree again, and he's unlucky it's one of the Temp tracks it's happened at too, as he's missed 1 of his 4 opportunities (probably the best one too considering Holta now has gate 1) to grab a place in the big money race. He does, however, have to take it as a positive and not let it bother the rest of his season owing to the fact under the current system it's not as much of a loss as it could have been. Saint Rob
Does it really matter weather Holta is happier than Lindgren???? I would say the happiest is Nicki P who is where everyone wants to be - top of the standings

He could fail to qualify......or he might go on to do really well and finish on the Championship podium? In which case 22 points at Ullevi would have been a strong contribution to sucessful season. God forbid a young rider does well!!! between Harris and Freddie - I know who my money would be on to turn a good GP result into a great season. wjm
Can I ask some thing and I know this wont happen but hey ho If Kennet wins in Cardiff as a Wild Card is it possible he will go to the last GP in Germany and only have one ride and it would be the final ?. This was recently asked and apparently, the answer is yes to as far as everyone knows. Kennett or any other wild card at the Super Prix's would turn up for one race. It's only fair IMO if they can afford the expense.

I such unlikely case, he might be given the No.18 race jacket for the meeting, that's the second reserve. That would save one extra rider to travel. They might be able to afford the expense out of their guaranteed $15,000 prize for the race. Prize money is split 1st $120,000, 2nd $40,000, 3rd $25,000 4th $15,000. Rico
Surely a deal will be done between all 4,so they all get $50,000? I was going to add something along those lines, but I tried not to be cynical. AJ didn't look like he was sharing his pot last season, the way he celebrated.
