Mental training def - (but as the Morans and numerous others have proved - whilst young a rider can punish his body .... it is as they get older than things catch up) ... But research has shown that adequate intake of the right nutrients can not only help the brain function more efficiently (good , say for starts), but they assist recovery from injury.
