Steve Shovlar
There's been many GPs worse than this. Thought there was plenty to talk about and it came down to Who Dares Wins.
acef
Holta came from nowhere then! Congratulations to him. Crump looked slow at the back too. Certainly eventful but the track ruined it really. Im suprised nobody was more seriously injured, there were ruts everywhere and the only passing came mainly from rider error. Adams in the first semi, what was he doing? Had it in the bag, fair enough Freddie caught some drive that pushed Leigh out but he should have hung on for second at least.
pedropete
Track a disgrace. Gollob/Jonsson incident I thought was just racing. Don't think there was any malice from Gollob who was leading and went where he wanted. JOnsson was unlucky to get hooked up on Gollobs back wheel trying to switch to the outside. Hope he isn't hurt and will be back quickly. Andersen, Dryml, Iversen, Hancock and Gollob all bit the dust and made the racing so tentative it ruined it as a spectical. Hopefully the riders will all be relatively unscathed and get on with racing on a safe track. Steve from someone as speedway wise as you that is a bad call. Gollob was out of order. If everyone rode like that there would be no speedway. They would all be in hospital. It was unfair riding.
pedropete
i think the first semi was perfect example of why adams will never be world champ. Totally agree, it was pathetic

sheffieldscot
To be fair to Rune he's been threatening that for a long while. Glad Nicki made the podium, even glader the ginger dick didn't. Yeah, watch the extraliga every week and he has been on the gas for a while now.Nice one Rune

Think Tatum and Co gave their call and others have agreed. I personally didn't and thought it was just a racing incident and unfortunate that the riders touched, causing a very horrific crash. Gollob was leading. He can go where he likes. Hope AJ is OK.

wightlink flyer
holta Ok thanks. I thought SKY said that Lindgren got more points, so won the GP by coming 2nd??

Blazeaway
Ut oh Steve - you've been on the booze again eh? I agree there have been many worse than this. Especially in the early days of the temp tracks, and Prague last year was pretty pants.
Peter
The way Pearson was talking in the final, I thought Lindgren had won it until the graphic came up saying Holta had won it. I didn't think we were ever going to hear what Andreas' condition was. It took ages to get the news, and even then Chris Louis wasn't sure. I can only think shovlar thinks gollob rides for poole that can be the only reason he is defending him, if you look at the replay gollob looks to see where AJ is then turns left down the straigh plain dirty

Oh damn someone forgot to tell the medics that their first priority is to inform the world via Sky what the riders injuries are How very remiss of them
