According to SportoweFakty, Lawson finished 2nd in the run-off with Zengota and Vodyakov after Vodyakov retired, so William will actually qualify rather than be reserve.

Ah well, there was a typical sportowefakty.pl moment, HenryW, you know what they're like. They first had Lawson third in the race off and then a little while later he was second, with Vodjakov having an engine failure.

Just noticed that when i double checked.

 

Did they amend the result as i could have sworn Lawson came 3rd....unless i just looked at the line-up for that race

This was not mistake. First we passed list competitors, which will take part in run. Italics Teks be passed and written word: " they will take part". Next we passed with then normal type the result of run.

My knowledge of speedway around the world is getting better, but if this was one of the quarters, I think it seems alot easier than the other 3.

 

If Kevin Wolbert and Adam Roynon been in this one I think they would have got through IMO.
